The scientific-professional conference titled "Tourism – Theory and Practice," dedicated to contemporary challenges, trends, and development opportunities in the tourism sector, was successfully held at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management of the University "Privredna akademija" Brčko District BiH.

The conference brought together university professors, researchers, practitioners, representatives of institutions, and the business sector, who, through constructive discussions, expert presentations, and the exchange of experiences, contributed to a high-quality dialogue on the future of tourism and its role in the economic development of the region.

Special emphasis was placed on contemporary trends in tourism, sustainable development, digitalization, and innovation, as well as on the importance of connecting theoretical knowledge with business practice. Participants had the opportunity to present new ideas, research, and examples of good practice that can contribute to the improvement of the tourism industry and the strengthening of regional cooperation.
