The Faculty of Business and Law of the University "Privredna akademija" Brčko District BiH has established cooperation with judicial institutions within the framework of the guidelines of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH. This cooperation was established within the framework of the guidelines on long-term cooperation between law faculties in BiH and judicial institutions of BiH, with the aim of enabling better connectivity between law faculties and the judicial system, which not only improves the quality of legal education but also increases the competitiveness of future lawyers in the labor market. The cooperation particularly influences the expansion of students' knowledge about the judicial system, familiarization with the actual work of judicial institutions, and prepares them for real challenges in the legal profession.

The cooperation is reflected in the conduct of practical teaching activities at the faculties by judges and prosecutors, their participation in legal clinics, of which some have already been planned and announced for the new academic year, as well as moot court competitions, the organization of one-day visits and student internships at the court or prosecutor's office, including the possibility of observing trials, and support for academic research by providing necessary information from the domain of judicial work.
